Questions to ask

  1. Are the therapists HCPC-registered, or what qualifications do they hold?
  2. Have they worked with children with very low tone, complex epilepsy or rare genetic conditions?
  3. What is the plan if my child has a seizure during a session?
  4. How do they make goals specific and measure progress?
  5. Will they share reports with my child's NHS team?
  6. What does the full cost include, and what are the cancellation terms?
  7. How intense is each day, and how are rest and feeding handled?
  8. Can we speak to other families who have attended?
  9. What happens after the block ends?
